Title:
Blue Jay
Species:
Passerine bird
Description:
Blue Jay is North America bird. It is familiar to people with its noisy calls and blue, black and white plumage. Blue Jay is smaller than crow, but larger than robin. It is very intelligent and quick-witted bird. Mostly Blue Jays are near to people, because they know where to find the food. These birds eat acorns, nuts and seeds, and open them holding and pecking the food. They are peaceful and careful, but when they are angry or anxious, they show it with raised crest on their head. Its colors and the crest is the reason why I choose Blue Jay. The bird got his name because of its noisy nature. With loudly call Blue Jay informs others of the danger. Most of these birds don't migrate, but species who do that, they fly during the daytime and about 5 to 250 birds together. They love to stay where pines grow or where people are.
