Descripción: The great tit is a widespread and common species throughout Europe and one of the most common birds in the Czech Republic observed on bird feeders ad it is popular due to its acrobatic performances when feeding on nuts or seed. Mostly the great tit does not migrate, so we see them often during the winter.
It is a distinctive bird with a black head and neck, prominent white cheeks, olive upperparts and yellow underparts.
I drew this illustration purely using pastels in pencils of various brands and I used Pastelmat board as a base. With this illustration I started my series of birds of our country. I started a series from the most common birds I often observe myself.
