Descripción: The proposed illustration is a paleoartistic work depicting an adult specimen of Parasaurolophus walkeri, an ornithopod characteristic of the Upper Cretaceous, reconstructed and represented according to the morphology recently proposed in "Bertozzo et alii, (2021), Description and etiology of paleopathological lesions in the type specimen of Parasaurolophus walkeri(Dinosauria: Hadrosauridae), with proposed reconstructions of the nuchal ligament, Journal of Anatomy, 238, 1055-1069''. The illustration is in fact based on the musculoskeletal representation in the above article and created by Marco Auditore. The work was created using digital painting techniques; the colour choices are entirely hypothetical, but the crest has been represented in blue, assuming its function as a sexual display.
