Description: This painting potrays three plants that survived extreme wheather inconsistency for several months in Bali. We have got heavy storm in a day and an extreme heat for the next day. The three plants have different story. Dendrodium Aridang Green, an orchid with green flower has grew some buds and then bloomed as flowers, without any roots under it! The Phalaenopsis Amabilis, on the other hand, has a set of strong and complicated root. Although this situation made some of its dark green leaves turns into yellow and brown, the orchid still grow really strong. The orchids are attached on a Erythrina Variegata tree. The tree is quite old so it has unique texture of surface.
