Description:
This bloom of plant is called « Bird of paradise ». My friend's father cultivates these plants, one of them is in my home, therefore the choice was evident, I wanted to immortalize the fragile bloom of bird of paradise.
In my work I used the transparent technology of watercolor drawing the slight lines of the plant. I finished my illustration using color pencils adding gradually more and more colors. I wanted to express a very beautiful combination of the bright orange circulating in the blue and violet color.
