In my picture I would like to show the main characters of this speicies that can help to recognise this huge bird for everyone. It can be used as a bird guide.
Some years before I was very lucky and I could see and study shoebills in captivity and it was very memorable for me. To make an illustration about this bird I used my own photos and my personal ipmressions.
