Title: Club-winged Manakin
Specie: Bird

Description: The male Club-winged Manakin (Machaeropterus deliciosus) is a small bird found in the cloud forest on the western slopes of the Andes Mountains of Colombia and northwestern Ecuador in South America, characterized by having evolved its wings in a way that produces a mechanical sound in order to court females, as result of sexual selection.
In this drawing, I'm focusing on the male dance, where its wings are raised over its back, shaking them back and forth 100 times a second, producing a sound similar to a high-pitched foghorn.
