Especie: Gentiana lutea & Melitaea nevadensis

Descripción: In Portugal, Gentiana lutea, Gentianales, is classified as "Critically Endangered" and is part of the "Red List", with restricted distribution to Serra da Estrela Geopark. It has a stem between 60 to 100 cm in height. After ten years, the flowers are born between June and August, in bunches between the leaves (these are oval and opposite each other).
Melitaea nevadensis is a Nymphalidae, Lepidoptera. They are beings that undergo changes in their body or undergo metamorphosis. Their life can be divided as: egg, larva, pupa (or chrysalis) and adult, flying from april to september. They are very useful pollinating insects for the multiplication of flowering plants. It can be observed in flowering, dry or wet meadows and also in forest clearings and heathland.
