Descripción: The plant in particular that has caught my attention is the one that we locally call 'crabs claw'. It grows easily as each segment is able to sprout roots and it doesn't need to be watered too often. The real reward comes when this plant is in bloom as the flowers are so dainty by comparison of it's meaty stalks.
