It has variegated colours from yellow, pink to scarlet. The homeland of these beautiful spring flowers is the lands of Kazakhstan. Many years ago bulbs of these plants got to Turkey, Holland, then spread all over the world. Today there are a huge number of varieties of tulips, different shapes and colours. In Kazakhstan, wild tulips are included in the Red Book and are protected by the state.
