Descripción: This mountain goat is peacefully resting on the big rocks.What is most amazing about these animals is their ability to climb high on almost vertical rocks and walls, while managing not to fall. Although these animals are not the best runners, high on steep cliffs they feel as comfortable and confident as possible,they can do it because a part of their hoof remains soft throughout their lives. When a goat steps on an inconvenient or sharp stone, its soft "sole" seems to stick to the uneven area, repeating its shape. I was always fascinated how they can do it,watching them is so amazing!!!
