This naturalistic illustration depicts a moment of intense predator–prey interaction, captured at its most critical point. At first glance, the outcome may seem obvious: the raptor, a symbol of strength and dominance, appears destined to overpower the snake.
However, upon closer observation, a more complex and unpredictable dynamic emerges. The snake is tightly coiling around the predator's body and limbs, exerting potentially lethal pressure and introducing a real element of danger. This tension challenges the initial perception and invites the viewer to reflect on the fragile and often unpredictable balance of nature.

The artwork is a mixed-media piece, primarily hand-coloured using pencil crayons, with details enhanced in acrylics. It was then scanned and digitally refined in Adobe Photoshop to improve clarity.
From an artistic perspective, particular attention was given to the interplay between warm and cool tones within the figure. This contrast enhances the chromatic harmony of the composition while emphasizing the intensity and drama of the battle.

La obra es una técnica mixta, realizada principalmente a mano con lápices de colores, con detalles en acrílico. Posteriormente fue escaneada y editada digitalmente en Adobe Photoshop para mejorar la claridad.
